Staff here is very professional, kind , patient and knowledgeable. I was able to get a new appointment the same day after I mistakenly went to the wrong location. I was very pleased with the service and they were very quick as well. Thanks for an excellent experience!
Front desk Receptionist named Alexis, is very rude. I have a reference from my doctor for an upcoming appt. I called in to confirm the office received it. Upon answering the phone I greeted Alexis kindly, though she did not greet me with a hello or even a Hi. I was rushed to give my information and it literally took her 5 seconds to “look up my birthdate” and tell me they don’t have anything for me. I am a Customer service worker myself, and I would expect for someone working in the healthcare field to be kind to ALL women. ... read more
