We went thru this company bc our home warranty was through them for our heater which was making funny noises and blowing cold air. Made an appt. They came out told me the inducer was bad and needed to be replaced. When he was finished he informed me that their inducer they brought to install was under amping and they would have to be back out to install and new one bc it was faulty. Bought a new ac system 3 years ago been going out every year since...Planned obsolescence much?
Not considerate at all. Leaving our family with no heat in these cold temperatures that are upon us. Paid thousands of dollars for a new system only months ago and we just want heat. They will not come out and look at our system that is under warranty through there company. Keep calling nothing, who lets a family go with out heat in cold conditions and this company received my money. No compassion for others. I think any lawyer , judge or official would say the same. They charged me twice ($500) for installing Google thermostat which keeps failing even after 6 months and two visits. Their technicians and management is more interested in saying the equipment was not brought through them and not willing to stand by their service performed twice.
