I had an extremely simple and quick job done- a watch link removed, and they somehow messed it up. it isn’t even closed correctly and just looks bad if you look at it in a certain way. Also customer service was not very kind. Take your business elsewhere. (Forgot to mention expensive! 15 dollars for a link removed!)
