They do not know how to resize rings! They said they have someone resize for them and he ruined my ring but they will not fix it and they kept my ring on top of it. They also stated that it will get thrown out of small claims court, if I file. Well I will be filing soon, so we will see.

They fixed a ring for me and it came out great. Just how I wanted it. And it was done quickly. They have been very helpful to me in trying to reset some stones.
Sherry and John resized three rings for me and they look great. They also brainstormed with me how to make my high mounted diamond wedding ring (which I didn't wear) into a low setting dinner ring. I love it and I now wear it constantly. Sherry and John really listened to me and are so kind and wonderful to work with.
Took a bracelet in to be repaired twice, first time it was so tight it broke, second time i just gave up and took it to someone who knew what they are doing.

I'm sorry you feel this way, but the person who did the restringing has been doing restringing for about 30 years. She did the job again at no charge when you were not happy with it. You told her you wanted it longer with the beads spread out even if you see the wire. She advised against that because she knew you would not like it. Lovely Jewelry, Kind Staff, Ready to serve the community! Highly Recommend! They donated a lovely silver necklace to the Music in Motion 5K for a raffle prize! Everybody give them a look; they have unique and wonderful things!
I personally saw the ring that Cassidy Brown is talking about. It is a train wreck! Shame on Delaware Diamonds for refusing to take it back and give this new bride a new one, or give them a refund so they could go to another store and get one! I would personally never buy from them!!!
