I'm a Cadillac dealer from Northern Va, had a blowout on a company vehicle on 95, and was towed here by Roadside Assistance. The service team at Delaware Cadillac got me back on the road in 30 min with a new tire! I was extremely happy with the staff for taking such great care of the problem, and getting it handled immediately! I recommend this service department, thanks for everything!
I can't say enough about the service and staff here! We had an emergency while passing through the state. We pushed our car into the dealership. They were so friendly and helpful. Took us right in without hesitation and fixed us up! We were in and out and back on the road in an hour.
I go in for tire pressure monitor system . $29:95 to analyze it. They want to $180 to fix it, Take one tire off put the monitor on. Total rip off. Went to BJ's wholesale club they charge 63 dollars to do the exactly the same thing .👎🏿

I called several times about getting keys made and the parts guy is extremely rude. If you can't answer questions as if someone is bothering you then maybe you need a different job. Cadillac is a high end product and the customer service should be much better than the foolishness I had to deal with. Not only did he raise his voice at me he was very rude. I had bought 3 cadillacs in the last 2 years and won't be returning.
Service is always outstanding, I never mind waiting due to the #amenities all there #wifi comfortable seating I looking forward to my next purchase #escalade #2017 :)
