This is the worst transportation service I have ever come across in my life. They tell you they want you to be outside waiting on your bus by the five minute mark but I’ve had to wait for my bus well over 20 minutes several times. Which can be dangerous for people with health issues or small children, especially with the recent weather conditions that we’ve had.
