My flex ride on bus 66 with Andrew was probably one of the most pleasant I have had. I appreciated the large windows so I could see, and Andrew’s treatment of me was very kind. We had a nice conversation. I would like Flex to acknowledge drivers like Andrew who make what could be a just a long, lone trip on a bus into a pleasant experience.
I had an amazing experience with Flex. For some reason it didn’t allow me to rate the experience on the app. Could be due to my phone, so I decided to leave a review here … The bus driver I didn’t get his name , but he had an english accent was super kind, very helpful, and made sure I got to where I was going safely. Thank you so much
Grateful to have a bussing system available. Great and friendly drivers.
Drivers are great but was lied to twice by the office. Told me medical appointments aren't charged for. Lied. Then I applied to work there and they said that my bus to the office would be free. Also lied.
