Left us at our stop even though we were there and the driver was there because we took too long breaking a twenty. Delivery literally threw her hands up as we yelled through the window before she got on the road. We tried to give her the twenty to save time at first and they said they couldn't guarantee we'd get the credit. Abysmal customer service.
I almost always have a great experience with DCT. A few hiccups here and there, but I’ve never been late to work in the morning. I have been late to other appointments before but it is infrequent and typically due to unusual circumstances. Overall I recommend DCT! And you can beat the prices.
This is the worst transportation service I have ever come across in my life. They tell you they want you to be outside waiting on your bus by the five minute mark but I’ve had to wait for my bus well over 20 minutes several times. Which can be dangerous for people with health issues or small children, especially with the recent weather conditions that we’ve had.
