Waited 11 days to suspend my autistic kids for one day of having some behaviors (on bus for 2 hours kids are 4&7) but still was in their seat area not in the aisles so I was suspended because they scheduled their rides under my name so we asked the driver if I was able to ride with my kids's dad because my account was suspended because of the kids' behavior he said yeah that's fine because it's a different account but then they suspended us another 30 days... Gets you to where you need to go eventually, most of the time. Terrible punctuality, usually way too early or late.

I have to take my wheelchair anywhere I wanna go due to them suspending me with no notice no warning. My wheelchair dies pretty easily and can cause me to get stranded and I can’t get to important appointments including neurology. So be glad you’ve stunted a disabled person from going places with no reason no warning nothing. Staff member I spoke with was disrespectful and I hope she gets fired some day she doesn’t speak to people like that especially how she spoke to my sister. have a ride scheduled at 8 am to be at wotk at 8:30 they are always getting me there super late. i tell them i have to be there by 8:30 am on a sat and they say you there on time. im always late.
