riding experience yesterday with bus #87 and return home with Brendon were great very safe and knowledgeable great drivers. The app is very user friendly.
Waited 11 days to suspend my autistic kids for one day of having some behaviors (on bus for 2 hours kids are 4&7) but still was in their seat area not in the aisles so I was suspended because they scheduled their rides under my name so we asked the driver if I was able to ride with my kids's dad because my account was suspended because of the kids' behavior he said yeah that's fine because it's a different account but then they suspended us another 30 days...
