Amazing managers and a great location First off, Abe and the rest of the team at Delaview kept the place tidy and up to date on all parts of the property. Also they were on top of any maintenance needs that would be taken care of before I would even get home from work. Quiet location and good neighbors. Also within walking distance is Bristol's main street with plenty of restaurants and stores to visit. Combined with the many area to walk around safely was always pleasant with a nice view of the river.
Great views on the river. Delaview is a great community on the river with spectacular view right from your balcony. Excellent location in the borough with friendly neighbors, this apartment will always get a recommendation from me. Management and maintenance respond quickly and maintain the common grounds and parking lot all year, all weather. I very much enjoyed the time I've lived here.
Good Management and Awesome view I lived for 3 years and it's been an amazing experience. The management is responsive. Quiet, safe neighbourhood of bristol borough, and the view from the balcony makes this place one of the best.
Excellent Location I had a beautiful view of the river from my balcony. Building is surrounded by great restaurants and is close to downtown. Abe in management was great. Always took care of any concerns I had with kindness and professionalism. Would recommend.
Hidden Gem! We absolutely love Delaview! The staff is attentive and the residing in Delaview is a pleasure! The Bristol area is really cool too. Being on the water is enjoyable and especially from the balcony.
Stay Away Once was a beautiful place to live, management has ruined this place, electrical problems, flooding issues, Mold issues, lost gas service a year ago they are still trying to convert tenants to electric heat, have no access to laundry, place is a dump stay far away!!!
Really Dissapointed about the managment! The apartment was listed available on the Apartment.com website and when I called them they confirmed it and gave me all the details for the application and even emailed me the application. About 3 minutes after the call ended, they sent me an email saying the apartment is not available without no explanation at all!!!!! Older tenants harass newer tenants My husband and I moved here in July James has been great Frankie has been great views are wonderful apartment is great but maintenance is lazy and slow to get jobs done if you have dogs they are loud on purpose to set them off other tenants are nosy and will call management on every one for anything, since I moved in I stay to myself and just enjoy my apartment, parking is tight but other than that I’m good.
5 years Just renewed my lease. I love my views,my apartment is beautiful. Grounds are beautifully maintained.Frankie our leasing consultant moved to another property with our management team but she continues to check on things and makes sure all is ok. Maria and Seven in the office are there to answer any questions that may come up. Maintenance is great and Management is on site daily checking on things.I love it here cheers to another year...
