From the initial phone contact to ending my visit I can't say enough positive about my experience!! So glad we found DeLaura Dental for our family.
Inviting waiting room, pleasant staff... Kids had a nice experience! The only issue I had was the hygienist came out and said 'no cavities', but that was it. Usually I am able to review the x-rays or at least hear what the dentist has to say about the kids' teeth. I would have liked a little more info and a suggestion for a follow-up visit.
Always a pleasant experience. Dr. DeLaura and his team are wonderful. They always make you feel comfortable and at ease.
I got a 4 implant bridge for the bottom front teeth. They look wonderful and feel like they have always been there. They feel and look natural. Dr DeLaura did an excelllant job and made feel very comfortable. I already tell my friends about the great service and the reasonable price.
Normally, I have nothing but good things to say about this dental office. However, when first making my most recent appointment, I was rudely hung up on by Danielle. Just so happens I had my phone on speaker & my being hung up on by Danielle was overheard by more than one person. Then I felt that Dana was not friendly at all - before, during or after my cleaning. I was total impressed - great staff
Most people dread going to the dentist, but I actually look forward to seeing "this" dentist. I am 64 years old and Dr. Mike DeLaura is hands down, the best dentist I have ever used. His office staff and assistants are friendly, efficient and always helpful. I trust Dr. DeLaura 100% working on my teeth. He has always provided me with the best options in my dental care and I consider him a valued friend!
It has always been a terrifying experience for me to go to the dentist. Everyone was so welcoming and immediately I was at ease. After meeting the dentist, he has a gentle quiet nature about him, again putting me at ease . I would recommend this cheerful relaxing office to everyone. Thank you Dr. And all staff. See you in a couple weeks without the fear❤️
