I wish i could be more honest and give NO stars. This company appears to be a scam. I ordered a vein light holster 2 months ago. Emailed them once and they said they were sending it after it was back ordered. That was over a month ago. They do not answer their phones. Just stay way away from this “company” no customer service, no performance. JUST Awful!
This company has merged with the spa supplier (Spa Order) I have happily used for over 10 years. I placed my first order since the takeover, and it has been a nightmare. The shipment never arrived, and rather than honoring the order and replacing it, Delasco has placed the responsibility on me, the customer, to sort out filing a claim with Fed Ex on my own.
