Dr. Delara is so personable and kind. The interactions I had with the staff were all too friendly. He was able to provide me with clear and helpful direction to help my situation and I would highly recommend anyone to this office. Thank you for your kindness and well wishes! 1000X over I would recommend Dr. Delara. He takes great care of his patients, and has great conversation! And the folks in the office are extremely nice as well!
This is NOT a review for Dr. Delara. It’s for the nurses who represent him concerning customer service. I have sent him multiple emails starting in 12/24 to see him concerning a foot ulcer. No response. I called and left voicemails. Again. No response. FINALLY the nurse calls me back and says NOW I need a referral from my primary die to an issue with my insurance. Weird. Never needed that before. And he’s performed SURGERY on my feet. But it was her HORRIBLE attitude in which she said it. Like she was tired of me and didn’t ... read more
