I’ve always had very bad experiences here. Occasionally I’ll get a good primary care, but unfortunately my doctors always tend to leave Adventist… and I see why. My OB was great, and pediatrician too. But every secretary I’ve had to speak to with Adventist has had an attitude like they hate their job and just want you out of there. Even over MyChart, shoutout Sharon. It’s unfortunate, I’ve had better service at a Starbucks than I have at the front counter of my doctors office.

If you get COVID-19, and you are elderly. stay away from this place. Chances are you will die. My Dad last words before he died. "This place is ridiculous, the nurse's are rude and they don't listen to me". I gave them one star because at the end they did let me go stay with him. I guess they think thats going to make up for the way they treated him.

I took my son to hospital because it was close to home they did a X-ray on him and told me nothing was wrong and sent him home with a sling after he had fallen. Before we had left doctor told me if he begins to have swelling or more pain take him back they can re do X-ray and see if it’s broken. However his whole arm swelled up and pain continued I took him to valley children’s and come to find out he had broken his arm. My dad has been in the hospital for less than 36 hours with covid and these vultures have been calling my very ill mother demanding payment arrangements. How careless and greedy are you guys?
My father-in law comes to the hospital quite often due to his health, and I would say it’s the most unprofessional hospital. Every time we would have to visit up here, mind you we live about an hour away, we would always have an issue. Mostly on miscommunication. Had an appointment early morning, @7:30.
