I was a first time patient and arrived on time for my 3pm appointment, it took them one hour to get taken to the back and then I was sitting in the room for 45 minutes waiting for the Dr finally at 4:45 I went up to the front and said I had to leave they had no explanation for the long wait and it was 4:50 and the lights were already off and when I tried to call back and speak to someone in charge the phones were already forwarded before 5. RecommendedI had a minor surgery there and I am in awe of the care of each and every person I came into contact with! From lab work and pre registration to being wheeled out to the car everyone was kind and attentive!!
they are rude slow all the stuff does is talk about there personal business could not answer questions about what to do at home after emergency care the doctor did not even bother to come back in to talk to me after diagnosis worse worse place ever!!!! would love to talk to someone about what the doctor was saying about me to the other staff would not call my husband in to help me cried there and all the way home. we were both so upset about the way we were treated.

RecommendedI was in the Hospital In Intensive Care & On Life Support for 8 Days. I was treated like an Angel From All The Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Housekeepers, Everyone❤🙂❤. Thank Y'all so Much, I Will Never Forget ANYONE THAT TOOK CARE OF ME THOSE 12 DAYS. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.❤🙂❤

ALL NURSES WERE RUDE! “PATRICK” THIS SO CALLED FAMILY NURSE MADE SMART REMARKS AND TOLD US OUR BABY COULDNT BE SEEN BY A REAL PEDIATRICIAN. NURSES WERE GOSSIPING ABOUT US THANK GOD THEY DIDNT REALIZE MY AUNT DIDNT WORK THERE AND SHE ASKED “ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT ROOM ....” AND THEY CONFIRMED YES!!!! THINKING SHE WORKED THERE !! ALL OF OUR VISITING FAMILY WERE TREATED VERY DISRESPECTFUL WITH SMART COMMENTS AND REMARKS BY NURSES .
