I scheduled an appointment with them back in February. We just moved to the city and I have important medication I’m on and need to establish a new primary care physician in order to continue my prescription my appointment was supposed to be today April 27th. I waited months for this appointment I arranged childcare for my children so I wouldn’t have to bring them. I see Dr. Erich Campbell who is very thorough and friendly. I had gallbladder surgery and was in the Jefferson and they found out and called me to see how I was doing.
Appointment was cancelled without my knowledge. Front desk said they reached out because my insurance is out of network, but I double checked and had no notifications via Epic or voicemail. Confirmed with my insurance that this clinic and MD are within network.
