I waited a month for my appointment and the day before my appointment they cancelled claiming “Riley Ambrose cancelled office hours” and the next available appointment for all offices is in July.

As a new patient, so far all of my appointments have been great. Dr. Khan had good bedside manners and explained things to me, I wasn't rushed during my appointment. The front desk staff is nice and the lab tech did a painless blood draw.

Good luck talking to someone that can help you here to schedule an appointment. Absolutely horrible service. Also, I did share my issues on the Penn portal and no one cares. Do yourself a favor and get a different practice because you won’t be able to get an appointment when you actually need it.

Front desk staff doesn't know what is going on, nurses are flippant and rude on the phone, practitioners are in a revolving door situation and change constantly, had an appt set up with Dr. Zhang, and the office canceled me TWICE. The second time was because of "renovations," they called on a Saturday with no way to call back that day to reschedule as the office was closed. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
