I have lived here for about a year and a half and have been very happy with the lifestyle. The location is excellent. It is very close to downtown but offers a quieter and safer environment. The building is new, the apartments are bright with great natural light, and the layouts are very spacious. It's surprising to see such a low rating as we are in our third year of leasing here at building 99 and it has been wonderful. Any minor maintenance issues we've had have been solved promptly. Antoinette is always responsive to our emails. While we were hesitant initially about the location, we love how it's the complex is like its own little community in the middle of Rensselaer. Rude employees
I wouldn’t personally recommend this property to new tenants. The property manager came across as inexperienced and unprofessional—lacking both knowledge and flexibility. Communication was poor; I was often left with more questions than answers. My application was denied due to a minor credit report error, which I promptly corrected and provided documentation for.
