In 1981 I bought a house that was built in 1895. After 44 years we decided to remodel the master bedroom, so I called DeLaCruz Handyman because I was happy with the work they did on 2 previous jobs. It was supposed to be ripping up 44 year old carpet, replacing it with new hardwood flooring, and repairing a section of the ceiling that was damaged by a leak. Hurricane Ian repairs and follow up with things not done properly
Needed help after Hurricane Ian and they were the first available contractor I could find. Poor communication, workers rarely showed up when they were supposed to. Drywall installation was ok. Tile floors were installed sloppily and messy. Quite a few chipped and cracked tiles when the tile guy came back to “fix them” he managed to damage more tile in the process.
