If you ever need an appointment forget about it. You can never reach them by phone and if you work Monday to Friday your'e out of luck as you would have to physically go in to book an appointment. Not very practical.
Dr. Delacruz has been amazing during my pregnancy. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes, she is very attentive and actually listens to what the patient wants. My previous pregnancies (this is my 6th pregnancy, 4th baby) I have been sent to Edmonton to deliver. My other doctors never even really tried to work with me or give me an option to deliver in GP. If I could continue having Dr. Delacruz as my regular doctor AFTER pregnancy….I absolutely would because she has been incredible.

Dr. Delacruz tied my tubes four years ago, at the age of 24. It was the best decision I ever made for myself, and I am so deeply grateful for a doctor who listened to me, to me seriously and took the time to go over all other options with me so we were both certain we were on the same page. The scarring for the procedure wasn't a concern for me, but I was shocked at how minimal the incision wounds were; the scars are completely invisible today.
