I had a 4:15 PM appointment with Weriita Diaz and arrived on time. When I got there, another staff member asked me to wait a few minutes. After waiting, Weriita told me she didn’t have time because she had another important appointment and asked me to leave. I wasted my time driving to the shop and waiting, only to be turned away. If they couldn’t honor my appointment, they should have informed me before I arrived. This was very unprofessional and disappointing. I won’t be coming back.

Had appt booked for 9 am got there at 8:50 am barbers don’t even acknowledge you I tried asking for my barber and A girl barber just ignored me. They need to be more acknowledging at least say hi or welcome
