Service dept. is useless. $250.00 to come out and look at a video my husband took of a leaky pool heater. Took another 1250 to order a new heater, promised in one week. Now 5 weeks later they have no idea when the heater will arrive. Several more weeks they say. So pool is cold , not in use, and no prospect of getting a new heater this season. They are deceitful and rude, go somewhere else.

First inquired about a pool in February 2020 due to buying a new house. Went back in May to order the pool, it was out of stock. Picked another pool and was quoted an install time of 3rd week in July. Received a call the 2nd week in July that pool installs were a week behind. We went to the store on a Monday, was told the pool would be delivered to my house by Friday, that same week and that the pool would be installed 2-3 days later. Friday came, no pool. I called Del Val pools in 2016 Because my in ground Gunite poll was losing water, DSo they came out and did some tests. Bryan (the owner) suggested that we resurface the pool. Although the pool did need a face lift, My main concern was the leak. Bryan assured me that he would take care of the problem. He said that it would be a new pool when finished and would not leak.
