Seamless experience. From *** in sales, ***** in permits (and a million other jobs, install crew, and meeting owners on site. Everyone worked tirelessly with crystal clear communication the entire process. My family and I couldnt be happier.

Why would a above ground 24' pool show signs of rust with only 4 seasons. It was sold as a saltwater compatible pool. The rust is so bad that holes are just popping through the liner on the daily. I paid ***** for the entire pool, del vals quote for a new liner...$3,300. SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG HERE!

Apparently the owners' son works for company, doesn't have a good reputation. One of their sons killed a child a few years ago, hit him while the kid was walking to school. I'm sure they don't want anyone to know about this tragedy. But if hiring this scheisty company, know what you're getting. There are plenty of horroble complaints about the company, now this just makes it even worse. His name is *******************. He works for **********. He killed a teenage boy who was walking to school

Hands down the most horrible and disrespectful company and service. Do not use them! I wish I didnt have to chose a star rating.

Your frustration is being re-directed to us here on every step we try to walk you through. At this time, we too feel it might be best, if were not the company servicing you.

I returned 4 empty 5 gallon containers so I can get my deposit back which is $11.00 each, while I gave the girl my bank card I was getting a bag of shock which costs $6.99 , so then she says one is not showing and that she already charged me for the shock and the rest is going to my bank account, so I took one of the empty containers back and left , no receipt or anything because Im trusting this girl Few days later I check ny bank account and only see $11.00 (only 1 container deposit) so I call back and some lady asked for ... read more

*************** - plebe understand that if the *** System does not recognize a purchase it cannot apply funds of any terms. This is pretty standard to any/all stores. We had requested your other credit cards they may have been used in efforts to locate the original purchase for you. We are charged directly from our Liquid Chlorine Distributor for every Container Deposit... there is no profit being made on them here at Del Val Pools. I can not even bring myself to choose one star. Stay away from Del Val pools. They are wonderful when you want to purchase, however their customer service is terrible. We purchased a hot tub from them several years ago. When there were no problems, all was good. That changed about two years ago when the tub wasnt working properly. We contacted one of the owners, *****, who told us the mother board needed to be replaced and that he would order the part. I hired them to open my pool, and overall, they did a terrible job. But this is not why I am taking my time to write this. After their sloppy job, we discovered that they had broken our backwash pipe. I immediately called the office and sent pictures via email. ***** called and left a voicemail acknowledging that yes they broke the pipe with an apology however blamed my system for being So old and brittle and advised that to schedule the fix I would need to split the cost and pay $150.00 up front. Pool is less than 3 years old. So far had to replace pump twice, sand filter twice, filter head unit once, skimmer intake twice. And the steps had to be re-leveled. Over it. They had to have used refurbished parts on my pool. Woman on the phone is a complete jerk every time we call. The owner (im so sorry for him) he is so nice but he hires bad teams. Service dept. is useless. $250.00 to come out and look at a video my husband took of a leaky pool heater. Took another 1250 to order a new heater, promised in one week. Now 5 weeks later they have no idea when the heater will arrive. Several more weeks they say. So pool is cold , not in use, and no prospect of getting a new heater this season. They are deceitful and rude, go somewhere else.
