Called in today to get a quote on two pieces for my international truck. Spoke with Sherry, who was not friendly at all. I asked for two parts and she went to check if they were in stock. She responded, “I didn’t get the price, because you’re probably not buying them anyway.” If I called for a quote and to see if you had the pieces why would you assume that I didn’t want the price. Customer service must be dead.
It would be great if the service department would answer the phone
