Terrible experience. They failed to cancel my previous policy, resulting in the insurance company charging me for a car I sold long ago. When I brought this to their attention, the agency made me call the insurance company, and the insurance company redirected me back to the agency. Neither is taking responsibility for the mistake, and there's no assurance that I'll get my money back. In three months, I never received any call from the agency to follow up on my case.
