Legit my favorite place to go too…. all of the staff besides the white older lady idk if she is the manager or what but she could use some customer service tips from her staff. The staff is always amazing, which is why I come here. Maybe it’s holiday stress or bad timing but I legit am crying in my car, she was so mean to me. She scolded her staff member in front of me making the whole exchange uncomfortable and I felt like I did something wrong, tbh it’s never a pleasure when she is at the window….. and I am sad about it.
