The staff will do absolutely everything in their power to make sure the shake machines are “down”. It does not matter what time of day I show up, they will not make a shake. It’s unfortunate laziness, and I would not recommend eating somewhere that looks at you as an inconvenience in their driver thru rather than a paying customer.
