Horrible customer service. Always out of something. Was there at 8:42PM and was advised they are not frying anymore food for the rest of the night,the fryer is getting cleaned. Then asked to substitute bean burritos in Fiesta pack for tacos was told " no we may not". Not first time. Last time we were told they were out of fries....do not recommend to anyone. Jack in the box won our money tonight.
Would be a negative if allowed. Waited 50 Minutes in drive thru and food still wasn't ready. Told employee quit that morning And it is chicken Thursday? Thanks bob the manager. Went next door to jack in the box done with food in less than five minutes
