I came to this Del Taco with my wife and the food was great! We were helped by this nice young gentleman with a great haircut and friendly attitude. He tried so hard to help us even though systems were having issues so definitely appreciate him for that. At first his lead said they wouldn’t help him fix the system?? Kinda crazy to say that to your team member but he was great. Maybe would rethink who is made a shift lead.
It's hit or miss with this location. Twice I have ordered an Epic Queso Chicken Loaded Burrito with Guac and no Guac even tho I was charged for it. And this time the fish tacos were subpar. The fish was the size of a french fry and the tortillas were the size of snack tacos. The time before, they were awesome. In addition I had to wait much longer than usual for my order, there wasn't anyone ahead of me, and they couldn't seem to grasp that I had paid for it and kept verifying what was in the order. Went to del taco on signal Butte drive thru and ordered 2 fiesta packs and a large order a fries paid ... And drove home and noticed that I was missing 6 crunchy tacos and my large order fries called and called like 5 or 6 times back to back and no body ever answered my call!!
