Recently went there as I regularly do on 9/24. worst service ever at the Milton road location. waited 10 minutes to try to order, no response. Pulled forward after trying to get the attention of the employee where the other vehicle barely pulled off. I was then given the excuse of it being always so busy at night. Loved the food and service was awesome.
Disgusting that the back of house isn't wearing gloves. I personally love watching people cook but hate when its unsanitary. Watch a girl grab some meat with her bare hand and then turned to grab some other vegetables. Sort of pointless to wear one glove and still be touching food with your bare hand. Wasnt able to get a picture but still disgusting at the least.

Everything about your location has gone to hell. I hardly ever go there anymore. The screen that indicates the order hasn't worked for MONTHS or maybe a year - who knows? And, the wait time for orders is usually 10 minutes - even for two items. Stop being so cheap and hire more staff. Not sure how 1 or 2 are suppose to run the thing during the morning rush. Maybe the service would be more friendly if it wasn't a skeleton crew???
