I have been in line for 20 MINUTES!!! No word from the staff, they won’t move people along so others can get out of the line. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! This is the WORST Del Taco in the Las Vegas Area!!! Absolutely horrible! I hope management sees this because you need to restart this entire restaurant!!!
I did like the caramel creamcheese bites.
I'm not sure how you screw up an order so completely, but they managed to do it. Not a difficult or large order, a total of 5 items. Of the 5 items, only one was correct. From cold meat in a taco (how long had they let it sit) to not even listening to what sauce I wanted when they asked me. I'm usually a fan of Del Taco, but this location was a huge disappointment.
This Del Taco SUCKS! It's bad enough that they always screw something up in the drive thru... no sauce, having to correct the order multiple times, etc... BUT TONIGHT WAS THE WORST!!! I WAITED IN DRIVE THRU OVER 15 MINUTES AND FINALLY LEFT STILL WITH NO FOOD!!! After placing my order it took 12+ minutes just to get to the window, that is a hell of a long time, and then they lost my order, I gave it to them again 3 more times, and waiting longer and longer I finally politely said no thank you, that since it was over 15 minute... read more
