The best service, food and atmosphere

I went there happy because i read a lot of nice reviews about this place, app were amazing however our entrees were disappointing, I asked for my ribeye cooked medium well but they served it medium rare, my girlfriend asked for her meat well done and it was medium rare aswell. I think they should not ask for the temperature if they are going to serve it they way they want. The server was super kind at leat. I wanted to pay my bill even when I did not eat.
The Del Sur Parrilla was unmatched. Great from start to finish.
