Del Soul counseling saved my life. I was having a difficult time facing some major trauma in my past that was effecting my life. I met with Colleen " Dr. K" a few times. She used her compassion and experience to help me realize my own self worth. Today, I feel like a different man in many ways. I highly recommend visiting with Del Soul if you need help dealing with past trauma. Her team is dedicated to helping find closure and self worth.

Del Soul Counseling has been very helpful and accommodating. I love that they offer later appointments than most establishments. I was on a waitlist to be seen but they were very efficient with getting my insurance worked out. This was very helpful, so there was no surprise bills to be expected other than my copayment. My shrink didn't have to guys to say he couldn't deal with me so he just stopped showing up for my appointments. Whole place is a scan.

If you are looking for a therapist look no further than Del Soul. From the intake appointment on, this place is top notch. This is during the pandemic so my sessions have all been through Telehealth which has been very convenient. My therapist is named Mindy and I cannot say enough nice things about her. She really has done so much to help me. Overall this is the best place you will find for therapy and I have tried many places.
