I absolutely love living here, Mike and Patricia are excellent landlords and always understanding and quick to repair anything. I always feel very safe being here and appreciate everything they do
Patricia and Mike were great landlords and always made me feel safe and at home at Del Roy! Definitely recommend that y’all check it out if you like living in the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood!
My time at Del Roy ended today. Had one of the most peaceful 7 months. Mike and Patricia have been so kind and helpful whenever I had any questions. Best part was the rent. Had access to all stuff nearby be it grocery’s, cafe, restaurants, clubs and many more. I’ll miss this place so much. Would highly recommend this place with best managers. Until next time !!!!
I lived here for 13 years. It’s a great location with easy walking to so many things, super affordable rent in an expensive market, and great landlords. The building is older and will come with “charm”, but you can’t beat those 3 big things mentioned above, which are what really matter. Also, my apt had a Murphy bed, which is pretty braggable
