Outstanding staff, I feel like family there, office staff , Lark and the other ladies are wonderful and I really like Dr Mora and Dr Balderas. They all make you feel "special".
All I can say is wow! We love all the friendly staff and Dr. Balderas! All I can say is WOW she’s so amazing with my kids, I’ve never had such a great experience anywhere else. My son is 4 and he let her do a procedure on him without crying. She talks to them with so much patience and makes them feel completely safe. I’m completely satisfied. �
I'm in town working and had a broke tooth. was in lots of pain. I called and they got me right in at 4:30 and I was walking out at 5 p.m. Very reasonable price and staff was wonderful.
We are new to Del Rio and was nervous about finding a dentist who didn’t have long wait times etc. They had all three of us in and out in 1 hr and 45 mins which is what we are use to. Loved the dentist and hygienist. Friendly front staff. My only complaint is that as a new patient I scheduled in May for a July appointment. Then the day before our appointment they had to cancel my hubby due to loss of a hygienist. So I reschedule him only to find that he now has to wait until oct 31 as a new patient. Every 6 months, this place NEVER disappoints. Friendly staff, nice office and equipment. My whole family enjoys their visits. There is no other dentist in town that compares!
I've taken both my kids since they were infants for their own and my appointments, and the staff has always been amazing with us. I have had cavities filled, cleaning, referrals for wisdom removed, and after almost 3 years only had good experiences!
Awesome customer service. Almost no waiting time.
