Please do your research. I moved out 6 months ago and I am still disputing thousands of dollars worth of inaccurate billing. Most of my issues with Del Río became apparent after moving out. They are incorrectly billing and sending us to collections for replacing flooring that was not damaged in the first place and sending us the bill for it.
