Del One is great at taking you money and doing service fees. But they must be broke because they don’t loan out money to their members. I have a 660 credit score no missed payments on any account fir over 4 years and a great income. But of course DelOne denied my application for a auto loan. No worries, joined DuPont Credit Union and was approved immediately. Bye DelOne!!!
I contacted Del-One 10 days ago to inquire if they could do a joint Credit union transaction. That is because my Credit Union is located in another state. I was told no problem, come on in and we will help you. So two days before my home settlement, I stopped by and was told they could not do the needed transaction. I had identification and my husband did as well as we were both on the account. I left a voice message for the branch manager, but realize they didn't have a clue what to do. Horrible customer service staff are rude giving out incorrect information. I closed all my account including visa credit card.
