The admin and tech staff are some of the worst I have encountered and I thought I’d seen it all over the years. Theresa is one of the rudest people I’ve had the displeasure to deal with in a medical office. Dr. Gabrielle Tull-Lewis is great though, patient and knowledgeable and such a comforting demeanor. It’s unfortunate one has to go through such a negative experience to get to a positive one. This should be addressed. No one should be treated that poorly or made to feel this badly mutiple appointments in a row over weeks.
Disgustingly rude secretary! After chasing for an appointment for 2 weeks and finally getting someone on the line they hung up as I was trying to get a last word in on some advice.
An office that makes their patient wait for far greater than 30 minutes when you arrived in time for your appointment without any valid explanation or acknowledgment on their part is beyond unacceptable, disrespectful and showed no regard for the patients they are treating. The staff is dull and so is this Brick, NJ office.
