If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. They are absolutely awful. They lied about an issue with our HVAC while it was still under warranty so they didn’t need to repair it. They are rude and unprofessional.When I asked questions, Darrell became aggressive and I was afraid he might hurt me. He refused to tell us what was wrong and just stated that “it will all be in the report.” He then left our house without even talking to us. DON’T EVER USE SOR TRUST DEL MONDE TO PROPERLY SERVICE YOUR SYSTEM I purchased a new condo and needed warranty service on the heat pump. The discharge temperature was not up to standards and the unit ran almost continuously in cold weather. Darrell, their supposedly 40 year experienced technician, arrived and after going through testing said all was fine.
