Nothing but an absolute great experience. Aldo was fantastic and well informed, had everything ready and on the promised time. Victoria was amazing, answered every question promptly, was extremely well informed and fought to be sure I recieved the best rate for financing. We have made 2 purchases in the past 6 months. We bought a side by side earlier in the year and recently bought a new trailer. We dealt with Tristen and Aldo. Both transactions were a wonderful experience. We have been very happy with our dealings with Del Maestro and if my hubby ever gets his way I’m sure we will be back looking at boats! Also Victoria is always a pleasure to deal with.
Purchased a new 2024 Pontoon boat. Sales and Finance experience was easy/simple. Delivery of the boat to my cottage which is 2.5 hours or more from the dealership was expected on friday afternoon. Had to phone at 3:45pm to enquire on the delivery. Was told they would look into it and call me back. Waited an hour with no call back so had to call again.
