Horrible. Would not recommend for anyone to rent at these apartments. It is loud, even with the windows shut you can hear outside noise as the windows are not dual paned. The areas to take your dog out, are loaded with crap. Several times I have smelled disgusting urine in the stairwell. You can hear neighbors above and next to you. For $2,795.00 per month, you can find better!
The Del Mar Ridge staff are incredible. They are responsive, kind and excellent with respect to service. This includes Irina, George, Veronica and Andy. I feel very comfortable and fortunate to be living here.
