I am a mother of a ten year old boy who had to come to the practice for a braces consultant. All of the staff was very freindly. The receptionist was very inviting and the office was a warm relaxing feeling. Both myself and my son were concerned about what to expect however once Lori came out to get him to take his xray we were immediately put at ease. Dr. Gordon and her staff were extremely polite. They explained everything in detail from what needed to be done and why it needed to be done to payment options. I look forward to returning for my braces!!!
The staff was warm, friendly, and relatable. They did an excellent job making my daughter feel comfortable and empowered to handle getting braces, and a great job explaining the process to me.
They are wonderful here. My daughter loves her orthodontist. I love how personal our experience has been and feel like my daughter is truly cared about.
