This place is a SCAM! DO NOT GO HERE. My MIL and I went here about 10 days ago to get dip manicure and gel pedicure. My nails started chipping and my hair getting caught in my nails on day 7, which is ridiculous!! My MIL’s nails started chipping on day 10! I have NEVER EVER had a DIP polish peel that fast. In fact, it never chips, it lasts a whole 4 weeks for me and I only get them done since they look outgrown but dip NEVER chips. That’s why I switched from gel to dip. ☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. The manicure was painful, and I actually bled during the service. To make matters worse, when I left a $5 tip because I was unhappy with the quality of the work, the staff questioned me about it and said they had seen my husband give me $10. Tips are voluntary and should reflect the service provided. The manicure hurt, I bled, and being confronted over a tip was completely unprofessional. I won’t be returning.
Horrible Service, I came here for a simple gel manicure and they argued with me over what I asked for. On top of that you can tell they just didn’t want to be there. The manicure itself was painful, they argued with customers around me. After I tipped my nail artist $10 on a $45 clear gel manicure she threw it and sarcastically said “thanks”.
The establishment is under a new management and the staff is so kind and works extremely hard. I am traveling from out of state and have been enjoying CorePower classes next door. The yoga ladies told me to try this salon and I’m so happy I did! Caitlin is THE BEST, seriously. I had a European Spa Pedicure with an extra long massage and truthfully, she was fantastic.
