Great location, clean rooms. Only complaint is the poor water pressure.
Horrible check in customer service. There was no garden view, just a view of a damaged roof. Maybe 2 rooms had a decent view of ocean. No access to ocean even just to view.
We stayed at this Best Western premium while our home was being renovated for two nights. We got the third floor ocean view room with two double beds. This hotel is conveniently located and it is in a prime location, really close to the Del Mar village and many restaurants and coffee shops and very close within walking distance to the Torrey Pines State Beach, plenty of parking available and there is also a heated pool and jacuzzi.
