I had an issue with my outlets under the cabinets in the kitchen not working. I explained the problem to him over the phone. He identified the where the problem was and walked me thru how to solve it. He had it solved for me in just a few minutes. He was pleasant, professional and willing to help me on a Saturday afternoon of a 3 day weekend. I would use him again and highly recommend him!
