Maureen’s expertise and experience has been essential in helping my 9 year old daughter. She was struggling in school and was diagnosed with anxiety and OCD. CBT did not help her and the goal up until now was to stop the behaviors. Maureen’s approach allowed me to look at my daughter’s challenges differently. Please use caution if considering Del Giacco, especially if considering her for therapy with children. She was unprofessional and responded to a client in a manner that was degrading, accusatory, humiliating, and also cursed in front of a child. Please consider other options first.
This is a wonderful program. I went through the Del Giacco’s Creative Arts Therapy certification program about 7 years and have been using it ever since.
