Dr. Gardner, who practices at the Family Forte Practice, handled my annual wellness visit. He not seem sharp. He showed little concern for my health verbally but he didgiveme two samples of migraine medicine.I did most of the talking without prompting from him.Gardner was essentially passive aggressive by forcing me to schedule a Telemed visit to get referrals to two specialists.
