Had a wonderful time celebrating our wedding anniversary, our server Carli (hope I spelled that right) was fabulous!!!

We have eaten here many times but today was off. Fries were old and my steak house salad plate was covered in something. Not sure of what, but the manager came back to the table and did bring me a new plate and said he was concerned. Lol. Well me too even more.
One of the best steaks we've ever had. Very good service. Very expensive but worth it for a special event. Disappointed that after telling the hostess we were celebrating a birthday and spending $350 for dinner for 2 that we were not offered dessert. Reata steak house gave me a free dessert after spending only $29 for drinks.
I am so disappointed. Del Frisco's has amazing food but in light of recent news I can't allow myself to go back. I recently discovered DF demands that female managers wear heels during their shifts, which requires them to be on their feet almost the entire time. This is outdated and sexist behavior and furthermore highlights the total disregard DF has for the health and well being of their female staff members. I hope DF will reconsider its policy on heels and rejoin us in the 21st century.
This company requires female managers to wear heels during their shift. It's 2016 you guys. Get your heads out of your asses.
I think you dress code for you female hostesses and managers is deplorable. I will not come back until you change.
Tonight, I wish I had gone to Del Frisco Grille, instead my friend picked State of Grace - new on westheimer in River Oaks .. People it was HORRIBLE! Bad service and BAD food ... wTF .. Should have stood my ground and went to Del Frisco Grille .. Oh well.. Win some , and then other times you leave frustrated and dying to order a pizza ... Props 2 DFG.. For great service and quality food
