We love Del Frisco's Grille, but yesterday the service was HORRIBLE. We were sitting outside at the bar, the bartender took our drink order and brought our drinks to us. We had to ask if we could order some appetizers and once those were delivered they never checked back to see if we needed anything else. We had to ask for our check and the we waited almost 10 minutes before we had to ask them if someone could take our payment. The bartenders upstairs know what they doing. I think they are brothers.
This was my first experience and our 19th Anniversary. When we arrived at our table our server was very friendly and said since you are celebrating we have something special for you. So we placed our orders and ordered the crab appetizer, the Filet and mashed Potatoes with Jalapeño. The food was perfect. Then the waitress said our surprise was any dessert on the house. Thursday evening, April 6, Our first time ... Very Disappointed �...4 out of 5 of us ordered the 'Mesquite Smoked Pork Chop'. It was so dry we had trouble cutting it or chewing it. To boot, our waiter had a bad attitude. Really doubt any of us will give another try.
The food was Excellent the staff was very Helpful and Courteous. Pricing was above average but you in a downtown location and that's expected.. Overall I will definitely be back..
It took a while for the waiter to take our order, food was not tasty for the price. I probably won't go again.
