Today, we were informed that all rent payments MUST be paid via online portal. What wasn't mentioned is that all online portal payments are charged a "convenience fee". So, we are now being forced to pay an additional fee to pay our rent! I'm not sure how they can just unilaterally choose to make us pay more than our monthly rent amount, just to make it easier for them.

Spoke to the regional manager today and experience with the corporate office was very disappointing. When I reached out regarding a serious issue with my leasing company forcing me to switch to a new insurance provider—without any prior notification or consent during my entire stay—the representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive. I write this email to shed light on my experiences with the DEL corporation (The Bluffs) and from an insider's perspective, I hope this creates awareness and informs decisions. From both the viewpoint of a former resident and ex-employee, I would categorize my journey with DEL & The Bluffs at Riverview as chaotic, to say the least.
