I have moved to the Rice Creek apartments in Port Wentworth and nothing stated on my lease was working, stove, air conditioning , refrigerator, outlets in kitchen area, infested with roaches, trash. I moved in June 3 2026, put in a 60 day notice in August cause this isn't a way to live I have all my work orders delayed and pictures of plenty of my issues. A real genuine company that understands.
Today, we were informed that all rent payments MUST be paid via online portal. What wasn't mentioned is that all online portal payments are charged a "convenience fee". So, we are now being forced to pay an additional fee to pay our rent! I'm not sure how they can just unilaterally choose to make us pay more than our monthly rent amount, just to make it easier for them.
Very unprofessional company. Reached out to me "No Caller Id" Then proceeded to hang the call up in my face.
