Spoke to the regional manager today and experience with the corporate office was very disappointing. When I reached out regarding a serious issue with my leasing company forcing me to switch to a new insurance provider—without any prior notification or consent during my entire stay—the representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive. I write this email to shed light on my experiences with the DEL corporation (The Bluffs) and from an insider's perspective, I hope this creates awareness and informs decisions. From both the viewpoint of a former resident and ex-employee, I would categorize my journey with DEL & The Bluffs at Riverview as chaotic, to say the least. Please read all the reviews and learn from us! I worked for this company for almost one full year, it was the longest year of my life. After being promised a PM promotion, it was given to the new area managers assistant, even though she had only been with the company for 3 months at that point. Said area manager has also broken multiple fair housing laws (it’s a huge surprise they don’t have a lawsuit in their hands yet). Little to no training in any position. Believe all the stories they’re true! This company does not care about people! Huge turnover for a reason. Zero company culture, training, or benefits. Leasing treated like housekeeping, $50 a lease commission?!?!? area manager breaking fair housing, untrained, power trip, micromanaging, bitter! Paying for previous poor management mistakes! There are no positives working for this company! Believe the stories and RUN!
