Del Coronado is a hidden gem in Alameda! While these apartments look older on the outside, my family and I found the inside of our unit clean and cozy. Del Coronado is situated in a busy location, close by shops and restaurants, and is walking distance to the beach. The property has limited space, so understandably, each unit is only given one assigned parking spot. Can’t thank Brittnee (leasing manager) more for her great assistance and professionalism! Without her help and effort I wouldn’t make it to West coast so smooth. She has been always very responsive and helpful each time I reached out to her with questions. She is the best! I highly recommend Del Coronado!
Honestly VERY CUTE. I just moved in. It’s an older style apartment, but that’s alameda in general !! EMBRACE the vintage vibes. DOG FRIENDLY which sold me. Also, very nice walk way (crabs cove) that leads to the beach! Can’t beat the price either! Love!
