So the reviews prior are spot on. My 4Runner had an altercation requiring replacing the fender, trim, etc., and paint. David Pineada (sp?) was attentive, thorough, and explained the complete process and the reasoning behind each step. No upsells, and used OEM parts as well. It was a three day job just prior to Thanksgiving, and the work was exemplary. Customer satisfaction is their biggest trait! Delcas’ body repair work was excellent and completed ahead of schedule. David listens to customer’s concerns and strives for excellence not only of their work, but on customer service. It was easy to work with them and their end work was superb!
