I had this brilliant business deal with a guy to sell raincoats—The Executive, mind you—but the guy tries to pull a George Costanza on me, demanding a bigger percentage. I mean, who does he think he is, Vandelay Industries? I managed to Kramer my way back to the original percentage, but in true Seinfeld fashion, the whole thing fell apart anyway. No raincoats, no deal, and definitely no handshakes in the rain!
Great place to live but minus one star for everyone making a big deal about me walking barefoot in the clubhouse. Also, a word of caution. Watch out for the Willards. They are a knockoff brand of poor quality and don't compare to the original Wizard tip calculator.
